Although SEPA has done a terrible job of preparing the written Scoping meeting comments online. I'm really not too surprised. Why should they try to make them readable to the public?
No index or table of contents or even a simple count. A real jumbled mess that will take hours to go through.
The verbal comments are another story. It's well laid out and easy to read.
Thank you court reporter Cathrine Cullman. Although I had some problems with you, you laid things out very well.
A quick breakdown of the speaker count goes like this.
Kirkland meeting 14
Shorline meeting 14
Downtown meeting 1
Seattle Center meeting 6
Bellevue meeting 0
Highland Park 15 speakers and 9 people spoke a second time as well for 24 total
Hard to say about the written letters but it looks like the Shoreline neighborhood really got out the letter writing campaign.
Way to go North-enders!
I'll post more later when I can sort this all out.
Please let me know what you think.
